How do I return an item if I am based outside of Canada or the US?

We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Smash + Tess and are strutting around your home right now rocking your favorite look! 

All items reduced in price by 50% or higher are final sale - we will not offer any refund or exchanges on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours! Read more about our sale terms here.

You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. Please note, Smash + Tess is not responsible for the shipping charges, either on the initial delivery or return.

All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. 

If you would like to return an item, gather your order number and postal code then submit your request using our returns website here. Once you submit your request, you will be provided with a returns address to send your parcel to. 

Please indicate the type of merchandise as RETURNED GOODS when completing the customs declaration.

Once we have received your return item, we will then either refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days.
