How do I return or exchange an item in North America?

We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Smash + Tess and are strutting around your home right now rocking your fave new look! However, if you would like to return an item within North America, grab your Order # and Postal Code/Zip Code then submit your request using our returns portal:

You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess' hands. Once you submit your request you will be provided with a shipping label to fix to your package and drop it at your local post office. Once your package has been received at HQ, your request will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days and you will receive a notification with the details.


All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Please note - Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it, refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days.  Please note – exchanges are requests and not guaranteed. This is based on the inventory available when your return is received and processed at our HQ.
