A ticket is like an email. When you submit a ticket our customer service team receives your name, details of your question and email address directly in to their customer service system where it is put in to a queue in order of receipt and responded to in the exact same way that they would with email.
You will receive an email with your ticket number to confirm your message has been received by our system.
Once our customer service team reads that message they will reply to you via email.
