How do I exchange an item in the US?

We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Smash + Tess and are strutting around your home right now rocking your favorite look! However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online so are pleased to offer free returns and exchanges using our returns website to help you find the perfect fit. 

All items reduced in price by 50% or higher are final sale - we will not offer any refund or exchanges on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours! Read more about our sale terms here


If an item is less than 50% off, but still marked Final Sale, this item will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges. 


You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. Once you submit your request you will be provided with a Canada Post shipping label to fix to your package and drop at your local USPS location.


All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it, refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days.
