Make sure you’re logged into your customer account here before clicking “checkout” from your cart. Once logged in, your points can be redeemed for any available rewards during the checkout process using the drop-down menu under the order summary, right where you would usually enter a Gift Card or a discount code. You can redeem up to 1800 points ($30) per purchase, and these rewards can’t be combined with any other discount codes.
If you don't see the rewards drop-down menu, you may be logged in to ShopPay or ApplePay, which are third-party checkout platforms. Due to Shopify limitations, Smash Rewards points can’t be redeemed when checking out with ShopPay or ApplePay. If you're automatically logged in to ShopPay at checkout, scroll to the bottom of your page and click "check out as guest" to be redirected to our native S+T checkout.

IN OUR APP:
Make sure you're logged in to your customer account through the left panel before you access your cart, and your available points should show up in the top right-hand corner of your cart. The icon looks like a ribbon!
