Our standard processing time on regular orders is 7-12 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will
receive an email with the tracking information. You can always verify your processing time on your order
confirmation.
To ensure your package is properly delivered within the correct time frame, please make sure your
shipping address is correctly entered on your order. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or
incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at
checkout.
If your order contains a pre-order item, our Warehouse team will hold your order until all items are ready to ship, to reduce packaging waste and minimize our carbon footprint. More info about pre-orders can be found here!
