For Canadian customers:
Your return or exchange will be processed within 4-7 business days of your return shipment arriving at our Warehouse! If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, you'll receive an email from us with more info.
For international customers:
Our returns are delivered to a sorting facility in Blaine, Washington and then delivered to us at our Canadian HQ once a week. Once we receive it at our facility, this will be processed within 1-2 days. The entire process can take up to 10 business days.
