Can I return a defective or damaged product?

We're sorry to hear your purchase hasn't met our standards! We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects within 90 days of purchase. We will not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise without proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to assess whether the product is defective and will not approve claims resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.
